Vaunted ("we," "us") operates getvaunted.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your email address, your business website address, and anything you include in a message or request form.
- Demo inputs: website addresses typed into the on-page demo, and the demo results shown to you.
- Standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps — the routine records every web server keeps for security and troubleshooting.
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or tracking pixels on this site. We do not collect payment card details on this site.
How we use it
- To run and deliver the audit or service you requested.
- To respond to your requests and provide customer support.
- To send you service emails about your audit and, if you submitted your email, occasional emails about Vaunted — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe option, and we honor unsubscribes promptly.
- To maintain the security and performance of the site.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
Who else touches the data
Like nearly every online service, we use a small number of service providers to operate: web hosting, email delivery (Google Workspace), and an internal notification tool that alerts our team to new requests. These providers process data only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep lead and customer records for as long as needed to provide the service and for reasonable business record-keeping. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).
Your choices
- Unsubscribe: use the link in any marketing email, or email us.
- Access or deletion: email hello@getvaunted.com and we will show you what we have about you, correct it, or delete it.
Do Not Track
Because we do not track visitors across other websites, this site does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals — there is no tracking to turn off.
Children
This site is a business service and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes to how we use already-collected information will be communicated by email where we can.
