These terms govern your use of getvaunted.com and the services offered on it ("Vaunted," "we," "us"). By using the site or ordering a service, you agree to them.
What the service is
Vaunted measures how AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity) describe and recommend businesses, delivers reports on those findings, and — on paid plans — performs work intended to improve a business's visibility in AI answers.
What we can't promise
The AI engines we measure are operated by third parties. Their answers change over time and are outside our control. We do not and cannot guarantee any specific mention, ranking, score, or business outcome. Our reports reflect what the engines said when we asked; our fix work applies practices reasonably designed to improve visibility, without a promised result.
Demo and reports
The on-page demo is illustrative unless marked as real audit data. Purchased reports are based on real engine responses at the time of the audit. Reports are licensed to you for your business's internal use; please don't resell or republish them as your own product.
Payment, cancellation, refunds
- One-time audits are payable in advance and refundable any time before the report is delivered.
- Subscriptions bill in advance on a recurring basis and can be cancelled any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no further charges after that.
- If we make a mistake, tell us — hello@getvaunted.com — and we'll make it right.
Your responsibilities
- Only request audits for a business you own, represent, or are evaluating in good faith for lawful purposes.
- Provide accurate information; accurate inputs make accurate audits.
- Don't use the site to do anything unlawful, or attempt to disrupt or misuse the service.
Trademarks and third parties
Third-party names shown on this site — including AI engines and the businesses named in audit results and examples — are trademarks of their respective owners. They appear only to identify the companies being discussed or measured. Vaunted is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any of them.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the site or services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version will always live at this page with its effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
